We do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your order has a manufacturing defect or you receive an incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, weave, embroidery, or pattern may occur in handwoven and handcrafted fabrics. These natural variations are an inherent part of their beauty and uniqueness and will not be considered manufacturing defects.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the product. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the exchange process.
