We offer shipping across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
Shipping: Free shipping across India on eligible prepaid and COD orders.
Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery Timeline: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Pre-Orders: Pre-order products may take approximately 15–20 working days for delivery.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
SAAMYA CREATIONS ships internationally to selected countries, including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.
International orders are shipped through our logistics and courier partners, depending on the destination and availability.
International Delivery Timeline: Approximately 5–12 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local courier services, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details through the contact information provided while placing the order.
Please note that orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For domestic orders, delivery generally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
For international orders, delivery generally takes 5–12 working days after dispatch.

Please carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the outer package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or visibly compromised, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately.
If you notice any damage to the product after accepting the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Kindly provide:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the package
Clear photographs/videos of the damaged product
A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the matter and assist you as per our applicable policies.
Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the package.
If the order is returned to us because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect/incomplete address, or does not accept the shipment after the courier’s delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
A returned shipment does not automatically guarantee a refund. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
